Once the initial Contract is signed and a start date set for construction. The Project Surveyor will arrange for a site Manager for your project. The project Surveyor will drive the project to meet all the Architects drgs and specifications, and our Site manager will Construct your project.

All Variations that occur through out the project will be liaised to the client for his approval prior to going ahead. Site meetings will be arranged once a week on site between all parties to discuss any issues that will arise on the project.
